At Velvet Blooms, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Exchanges for preference or change of mind are not accepted.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
